Montana Royalty
I really enjoyed this book in B.J.Daniels series Whitehorse,Montana. She kept you on your toes in this one all the way though the book. You ddnt know who the bad guys were in it up until the very end of it.
The main characters were a joy to read to. Both of them stubborn all the way though it.

Bedded by Her Lord by Denise Lynn
This is the first book that I've read by this author. I enjoyed it. I thought this was a very good historical. Guy returns home after having been captured while in the King's service and held for 7 years. He is not immediately recognized by his men, but when he does enter the keep his wife is in labor. He assists in the birth of "his" daughter and his wife takes ill before he

Back Cover:

So now it's Lizzie Denton, misunderstood and pregnant. And Sebasten Contaxis, gorgeous Greek billionaire…and father-to-be!
Spoiler Warning: All my reviews contain spoilers to some degree
Favourite Scene: (Aw, the hero slips his engagement ring on the heroine's finger as she sleeps, and he feels this tender possessiveness for her)
Lifting up her limp hand, he threaded the engagement ring onto her finger. Now she was labelled his for every other man to see. As that awareness dawned on him, Sebasten finally saw the point of engagements. She got the little ring, he got to post the much more important hands-off-she’s-mine giant ring of steel. He liked that. This romantic stuff? Easy as falling off a log, Sebasten decided.

Spoiler Warning: All my reviews contain spoilers to some degree
Favourite Scene:
'Do you think I am a complete fool?' she shouted at him so loudly her voice cracked.
Unhurriedly, Angelos Petronides shifted his incredibly long legs and fluidly unfolded to his full height again, his complete control mocking her loss of temper. 'With regard to some of your past decisions in life...how frank am I allowed to be?'

Housekeeper to the Millionaire by Lucy Monroe
This was another good Lucy Monroe story. I like her stuff. Millionaire rancher who thinks all women manipulate meets housekeeper who is running away from a scandal.
A Bitter Homecoming by Robyn Donald (HP 1263)
Back Cover:
He was wrong in his assessment of her
Completely wrong. But as far as Leon Venetos was concerned, there was no smoke without fire.
The scandalmongers had branded Alexa as the mistress of wealthy financier Sam Darcy and that was enough for Leon. 'Women like you are easily bought for the price of a fewjewels,' he told her contemptuously.
That was why Alexa fought so hard against the attraction that drew her inexorably toward him. A man who could never offer her what she really wanted....
Favourite Scene: (heroine gets teased by the hero's little brother, love how he says the last line "politiely"!)
‘Well, well, well,’ he murmured as he advanced into the room, ‘that didn’t take long.’
Alexa’s mouth hardened into a straight line. ‘Your brother brought—’
‘Naturally!’
‘... brought me here because of this cyclone.’
‘Not because of your legs?’ He inspected them both, taking his time. Stunned, Alexa stared at him.
‘I’d have brought you here because of your legs,’ he said politely

Incident #2 - The Bedroom. Forced to share a bedroom one night, Kristin and Matthew struggle to keep the arrangement strictly business - but it proves impossible!
Incident #3 - The Engagement. And the morning after, their night of passion is discovered. There's only one solution to avoid a scandal: pretend to be engaged!
My Review:
Ha! I love the banter and dynamic between the hero/heroine. They fight and they are both intelligent enough to be equals and not be overwhelmed by the other person's strong personality. This is a very realistic romance, you can picture these people existing in real life. The hero is not an alpha, and I kind of liked that, he was a cuddly kind of guy
