Sensational authors

The Ballroom on Magnolia Street

challenge_name:

Zany characters in this story.

One scene had  me laughing so loud I woke my husband.

The Tea House on Mulberry Street

challenge_name:

The first book I've read by this Irish author and really enjoyed it.

Realistic characters, lots of tender moments, drama and romance.

The Millionaire's Proposal

challenge_name:

This is a wonderful story.

Emotional, poignant and fun (heading around the world in 3 months would be huge fun!)

A strong, capable heroine and a sexy, flawed hero...loved it.

How Will I Know?

challenge_name:

Another Irish author I've recently read for the first time.

Enjoyed it, though the secondary characters really made this book, especially the heroine's teenage daughter.

A Piece of Heaven

challenge_name:

I adore Barbara Samuel's books and this one is another brilliant, emotional read.

Luna is a damaged, real heroine you can't help but love.  As for TC...it's the first time I've read of a hero with a paunch yet he's utterly sexy at the same time.

A gorgeous, heart warming read I can't recommend enough.

The Mephisto Club

challenge_name:

Yet another brilliant novel from this author.

Spine-tingling, spooky and fast-paced, a guaranteed page turner.

The Playboy Doctor's Marriage Proposal

challenge_name:

Fiona Lowe writes fabulous outback Medical romances and this one is no exception.

Linton is charming and sexy, Emily is feisty yet vulnerable.

A wonderful story.

Lady Luck's Map of Vegas

challenge_name:

A road trip filled with emotion and truth and memories.

The characterisation in this book is brilliant.

Heart-rending.

Madame Mirabou's School of Love

challenge_name:

A story about new beginnings.

Poignant.

No Place Like Home

challenge_name:

This book is divine.

Goes straight to the top of  my favourites list.

Filled with emotion and joy and passion, the characters will leap into your heart and stay there.

A keeper.
