Let's Put the Sizzle back in Sex

I have to say, this post is written with great personal bias, so by all means, bear with me.

While surfing for new books the other day online, I managed to come across every kind of book from the sweet romance to the down-right-make-the-pages-sweat kind of writing and a thought occured to me.

Where did the sizzle in sex go?

Play Dirty

challenge_name:

One my more favorite Sandra Brown books. There are so many times in the book that I just shocked and disgusted that anyone would even think to do this. It's an easy read with some good twists and a few moments of predictability. There is the thug causing harm to the main character and people close to him, lots of money, murder, plenty of sex, and a struggle to love and be loved.

I just could not feel this book and I usually like the Harlequin Presents group; but this book was not enjoyable to read. Maybe I needed it in larger print!Frown
