Rachel escapes to the rain forest trying to outwit an assassin, and hoping that everyone will think that she has died. While going deeper into the forest she feels as if she has come home, and when she tires she comes across a hidden house. Nobody is home and she curls up for the night.

I discovered McKenna last year when I read another book by her. This one was good. Caelan is on a hunt to find the killer that is killing women in various packs...last thing he needs is to find his own mate. Fate and a meddling Granny had other ideas though. I'm looking forward to reading the next in this series.
