4.5 hearts ~ I don't know how she does it, but Patricia Briggs manages to keep her Mercy Thompson stories fresh, vital and seriously engaging. This is the fourth in the series and it continues with tension being an integral part of Mercy's life.

Wolf at the Door
Sullivan Quinn is a werewolf from Ireland that comes to the States as a delegate from the European based Others. His intent is to talk the United States Others into unveiling themselves. But things go awry and before he can give his speech the Others are pitted against a group of fanatics that threaten to destroy them all.
