Sheikhs
Hired: The Sheikh's Secretary Mistress
I started this story at 9:30 at night thinking I'd read a chapter or two and go to bed. Noooooo. I stayed up until I finished it! I could NOT put this book down! Lucy Monroe knows how to tell a story. Excellent romance about two headstrong characters who find their way into each other's hearts -- only to realize they've been there all along. Amazing book.
100 Arabian Nights by Kim Lawrence, Meredith Webber, Liz Fielding (M&B)
Three stories in one and all so good. The Sheikh and the Virgin by Kim Lawrence; The Desert Prince's Convenient Bride by Meredith Webber; Chosen as the Sheikh's Wife by Liz Fielding. I was afraid that I wasn't going to like the first one b/c it was being a little like the old Presents but then BAM! it grabbed me -- the h and H both pulled me in their direction. Kim Lawrence is new to me. Meredith and Liz are two of my very favorite authors and their voices were true to form: kindness, tenderness, heroes with big hearts (not to mention being powerful & gorgeous AND respecting their women -- not their woman, but the women of their countries), a few heartstring pulls . . . wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
