The Ruins
I'm going to recommend against reading this while vacationing in Mexico (I did and boy, did I regret it.) This book had me freaked out for days, dark and uncompromising with believable characters.
Excavation
I always love Rollins' books, and this was a really fun read even though I tend to be partial to his Sigma Force series. His books will ALWAYS keep you up all night...
