An excellent entry into Patricia Sprinkle's Judge MacLaren Yarbrough series. Mac and her husband, Joe Riddley Yarbrough, have a wonderful marriage, but when someone she never told him about from her college days shows up in town with his family, it isn't only the buffalo in the front yard that has some explaining to do!
