This book didn't seem ‘old' because of its use of cell phones, etc. Because it's the start of a trilogy, a lot of effort was put into setting the next 2 books up. I found the actual romance between Colette and Tate slow to develop, but because Colette is still a grieving widow, the story couldn't be rushed.

This book delves into the wine trade. If you want to know what process is involved from getting the grape off the vine until it's poured into a glass on your dining table, then this trilogy should be on your reading list.

    This book made me cry more than once!  Wealthy cowboy, Rance Phillips just can't take his meddling father anymore...the busload of brides-to-be who crashed his branding session was the last straw, so he runs away from the ranch.
