Congrats Jessicue! 

Have you ever had one of those days?  Or weeks?  Or months?  Or years??  Sometimes life hits you and before you can even get your feet under you again, it socks you again.  It happens.  Life happens.  It's how you choose to deal with it that makes all the difference.

I've known people who curl up into a ball and just give up.  And I've met people who seem to have unimaginable strength of character and will, who just keep fighting on.  They seem to do it with a laugh and with patience that defies understanding.  People like that have always been such a source of inspiration to me.  They are the silver lining in the darkest cloud.

So, here's my question.  Who is your silver lining in the darkest cloud?  Who inspires you to fight and laugh and find the strength to carry on when life gets tough?  Tell me about the good they contribute to your life and the world around them...how they push sunshine into your life, even when the clouds are at their darkest.  Let's celebrate our silver linings.

It’s one of those days.  I’m on the last thirty pages of my current work in progress.  And I’m just a tad stuck. 

Not forever stuck.  But stuck for the moment.  So not to worry.  I always work it out in the end.   

But at a time like this, I go for counting blessings.  Always clears my head and makes me ready to return to the über scary blank page.

Hi and welcome to the first day of the Silhouette Desire Author’s Blog! We’re really excited to be here and have we got a lineup for you. Just look at the top of the blog for a list of all the contributing authors! Monday through Friday, one of our authors will be here blogging and the weekends are going to be open house free for alls!

 We want this Desire Author Blog to be a spot where all of us who love Silhouette Desire can gather and talk books.
