Brisinger
While this book is not a quick read, I enjoyed it very much. Eragon and Saphira and Roran and Nasuada were better developed in this book. There are still plenty of places where it could have been cut a bit, but over all I loved it and am pleased to see there will be a fourth book. A great read!

Chalice
Though not prolific, Robin McKinley has several YA fantasy hits under her belt. Though The Blue Sword will remain my favorite, Chalice was a very good story. McKinley does YA safe fantasy with great romantic subplots, and this story is handled perfectly. My only wish was that the book was longer!
Do-Over
Third in Burnham's series about Val and her prince. A decent follow-up with many of the same themes, but not my favorite of the series.
Plan B
YA novel about a girl finding out she has a half-brother, and he's famous! Interesting in many ways. Decent read.
