Charlie All Night by Jennifer Crusie

This is the fourth book in the Crusie ebook bundle, and it's one of my two favourites, Getting Rid of Bradley being the other. Allie's a successful radio producer, and Charlie is an inexperienced DJ who doesn't want to succeed. Needless to say, conflict and wacky events ensue.

This book is laugh-out-loud funny in places, with a great cast of secondary characters, something which I noticed a lot of Crusie's books have. I liked a lot that Joe, her gay best friend/roomate, was portrayed as a normal guy (other than being an excellent chef) with normal relationships, as opposed to a stereotypical gay 'gal pal'.

Jennifer Crusie is great.

I haven't found a book of hers yet that I haven't enjoyed. Anyone But You is my favorite (probably because it was my first). But this one was really good too. She's such a funny writer.
