smilies, which are entirely new. However, that's six new smilies, which takes us down to twelve equivalent smilies from the original nineteen. (Oh, boy, it's a sad day when I'm sitting here blogging math about smilies. Blame it on tax season.)
Oh, and I understand that in the days before I discovered the community boards, there was a heart, too, made by typing qp (which makes sense). I would have liked that.

Considering all the cowboy fans around here, maybe a cowboy smilie, too, another heart, and possibly something for the non-western historicals, like crossed swords or a tiny knight on horseback (oh, but that would probably be asking too much of the graphic artist, to squeeze something like that into a few kilobytes of pixels...
).
