My thoughts: I so love my superromance books. But I had just finished a really dark intigue and wanted something a little lighter. This particular book wasn't really it. Don't get me wrong, great book. Just not what I was wanting at the time. I felt this story was depressing--even though it ended right. But I am excited about the series.
