May was a very busy month for me and it just flew by. And I'm afraid June is going to be just as busy if not more so. I'm hoping I'll get more audios read though, as I picked up a nice ipod speaker for the office with a remote (so I won't need to wear the earbuds at work and I can pause from a distance).
Our Team though has marked milestones. Christa's made her first 100 books and the Team has now surpassed our 200th of combined Harlequin and Non-Harlequin. We only have 26 more Harlequins to read to make another milestone!

. Sounds fantastick Katherine. Is it going to be busy all summer, or is there a more steady period after planting? Does it get busier during shipping season?
I think with my ebooks will be less in summer cause can't take computer outside and sit in lounger and read.
I think I've got most of the house scrubbed. ready to paint the bathroom and kitchen Monday. Picked up the paint the other day at Canadian Tire. A really really light green for the bathroom and a really really light blue for the kitchen. I went through 5 bottles of Mr. Clean/Lysol/ Fantasnik/Oxy spray, 3 bottles degreaser, a container Comet, 4 scubbing sponges, 2 rolls Bounty, half pack J-Cloths

WOW ..... you really did a lot of cleaning!
okay ... a little tip for the next time you paint
I can understand really scrubbing surfaces that you are not going to paint to make sure they are nice and fresh and clean .... for the walls, wash in general .... and then roll on a coat of primer ..... I know primer costs money, but so do all the cleaners .. rolling on a coat of primer is easier than scrubbing and much less time consuming
they even have a new primer out that will hide graffiti! ..... I had to use that primer in the rental house last summer .... the tenant had painted the bedroom a royal blue but there were marks on it .... so I just rolled on two coats of primer and then was able to paint normally after that .... it turned out great
I don't know if I'll make 100 in June ... more likely in July .... but we'll see how well I do with the audio books ... you never know ..... in 2006 I read my 100th book by the end of May ... so I know I can do it, it's just life gets in the way LOL
normally June is a quieter month for me ... but I'm soooo behind on everything ... and so much yard work at Mom's that I haven't even started yet! .... so I better get off of here and get outside! LOL

My sister is bringing primer. I did the wall mostly because there were grease splatters(cause I'm bad for not wiping as soon as I splatter
) and I also used the spray cleaner on the floor cause some higher ups thought it would be a great idea to put an off white floor in the kitchen and the really small tiles in the bathroom.

Hmm ...
I know I can read more than 26 books in a month, because I have in the past .... we'll just have to see if I can keep up and get all the other things done that have to get done ...... now if someone were to pay me to stay home and read, well .. I think I could manage quite nicely!
