Ever since I read Twelfth Night, I have always loved stories featuring disguise. What drives people to assume a disguise? Does the act of disguise change a person? In Cooper's Woman, Alexa Quinn disguises herself as a man to discover the identity of the person betraying her father. However, she doesn't count on Wyatt Cooper, the private investigator she hires, being far more of a sexy distraction than she bargained for. In fact, half the fun of this book is waiting for Cooper to discover that his mysterious employer is someone else in disguise! This book has many other exciting twists and turns and is a great summer read.
