Micky Blair was hunted and killed and draped over a crucifix at St Sebastian’s Church with a cryptic message Seek The Truth, Christian.

Detectives Raven MacKenzie and Tony Rodriquez caught the case. They found that Blair worked security for the Dunhill Corporation but took lucrative side jobs. The detectives were told to handle the investigation quickly and with a little finesse because Fiona Dunhill was a rich and powerful woman whose husband was in arms trading (that could never be proven).  She explained to the detectives that she would cooperate fully but only if her head of security, Christian Delacorte, was a part of the investigation. 

A bit of a coincidence.  The message mentions Christian and the security head’s name was Christian, and the priest remembered that he was at the church earlier in the evening.  This is a puzzle of revenge and betrayal. Each piece draws Christian and Raven further into the plot that they had no part in constructing but are key figures being manipulated by persons unknown. 

I found this quite enjoyable and will go on the read the next one No One Lives Forever to see if it keeps the story going.  I still have to find the first one.
