Lucy gets Her Life Back by Stef Ann Holm (Mira)

I liked Lucy gets Her Life Back even better than Girls Night.

The story: Lucy Carpenter leaves behind the big city to offer her kids a better life. In Red Duck, Idaho, she wants to work as personal chef. Not as easy as she expected, but then local celebrity baseball star Drew Tolman shows an interest in her.

I really enjoyed the book. For some the romance might not be strong enough, but I found it very satisfying. It is a long and slow build up, but it comes across as realistic. They don't jump into bed, but get to know and respect each other first. The characters are very likable and the small community comes alive with the secondary characters' stories.
