Three Boys And A Baby

Doctor Ella Garvey's eight year old twins and Jackson Tates eight year old son find a baby girl on the merry-go-round and bring her home hoping to keep her. After Ella calls the authorities the boys runaway with the baby thinking she was going to jail. Both these parents are dealing with the pain of thier respective divorces. Ella is hoping for a fairy tell ending when she and Jackson become closer. Suddenly Jackson's ex walks back into his life and causes everyone to reavaluate what family is.

I loved this book. I really didn't expect to like it as much as I did. But the characters were life like and the situation of blended families is a touchy subject that Ms. Altom dealt with very well.
