This is the second book in Rhyannon Byrd's "Blood Runners" series. Loving this series! This one is Jeremy and Jillian's story. Jillian is the pack Spirit Leader and healer. She is a witch and inherited her position from her mother. Jeremy knew that Jillian was his life mate as soon as he met her after her return from school. She was only eighteen and afraid of what it would mean to be the life mate to someone with Jeremy's reputation. Ten years later Jeremy returns to the pack and he and Jillian must now deal with the feelings they have tried to suppress all these years. Things are also heating up with the pack Elders and their hatred of humans and half-breeds. Very good story!
