June Reads

Well June was just as busy as May, I think see a small pause late-July when ds heads to summer camp, it'll only be me and dd. I'm still reading but it's only because I've rarely touched the computer the last 2 months. Happily I finally got all my blogging caught up. So according to my spreadsheet this is what I read in the month of June.

  1. Mercedes Lackey's Storm Breaking, DAW, Heralds of Valdemar
  2. Laurell K Hamilton's Blood Noir, Berkley, Anita Blake Vampire Hunter
  3. Charlaine Harris' The Julius House, Berkley, An Aurora Teagarden Mystery
  4. Sarah Zettel's In Camelot's Shadow, LUNA, Paths to Camelot
  5. Sarah Zettel's For Camelot's Honor, LUNA, Paths to Camelot
  6. Sarah Zettel's Under Camelot's Banner, LUNA, Paths to Camelot
  7. Shayne, Frost, Garey & Smiths' Weddings are Hell Anthology, Harper, Paranormal Romance
  8. MIchele Bardsley's Because Your Vampire Said So, Signet, Broken Heart, OK series
  9. Brenda Joyce's A Dangerous Love, HQN, The De Warenne Dynasty
  10. Deborah Hale's Border Bride, Harlequin Historical
  11. Stephen R Lawhead's Hood, Thomas Nelson, King Raven Trilogy
  12. Crystal Green's Baited, Silhouette Bombshell
  13. Harper Allen's Dressed to Slay, Silhouette Bombshell, Darkheart & Crosse
  14. Harper Allen's Vampaholic, Silhouette Bombshell, Darkheart & Crosse

This month we really felt the money pinch, thankfully my love-ones know what this girl likes for her birthday and filled in the gap! I also reread several favorites. I finished up Lackey's Mage Storms trilogy before heading to visit Anita in St Louis. From their I took a visit with Roe Teagarden and then headed into Arthurian Britian for a reread of the Paths to Camelot series as preparation for my gift to myself Camelot's Blood (which is sitting right here waiting for me to startSurprised). From there I returned to the present and visited several different vampire filled cities. Before heading back to Britian's regency and medieval eras. Finally I broke out some of my treasured Bombshell's to keep me occupied until Camelot's Blood arrived. Starting with a boating adventure gone wrong and ending with three women trying to find themselves admist a vampire filled destiny. Wow, I read a lot of vampire books this month!!!! My favorite read for the month was Brenda Joyce's A Dangerous Love, I just loved her spunky heroine and wounded hero. Turns out I have another of her books as an audible so once I finish listening to Coyote Dreams I'll start that one. Which is my goal for July....Finish Coyote Dreams.
