Jack is an agent with a mission to free a boy from prison so that he can infiltrate the father's lab making a deadly poison for terrorists. When the plan goes wrong he has to kidnap Solange, but then he falls in love with this French doctor, but she gets poisoned when they're trying to stop the terrorists. Will she survive or will he have to face the guilt of killing yet another woman he loves?
Nice combination of suspense and romance, I found the youngster a bit over the top, but thankfully he was only in the book.
