Zoe doesn't believe in magic but is persuaded to join her friend in conjuring a djinn and is flabbergasted to see Simon appear (naked), but then she doesn't want to use her wishes because she can't depend on magic to solve her problems. Simon was betrayed by his first love and cursed by her father and he doesn't trust selfish humans. Can he teach her to believe in magic or will she teach him to learn to trust?
I don't like KN's voice so I struggled through the first half of this until the story dragged me in and picked up pace a little. The story was okay, I'm sure fans will like it. I didn't like the cover art because after all the hoopla about the wrist bands, the guy on the cover wasn't wearing any
