Police chief Sarah spies on Justin and his coven in a sexual ritual but then he comes to her house, handcuffs her to the bed and makes love to her. The next day she needs his help with a dead body discovered nearby, but although he identifies the rituals involved he's still keeping secrets. Sarah is uneasy about the ease and speed at which she's fallen in love with Justin. Can she trust him or will the murderer strike Sarah next?
I found it difficult to reconcile the Justin who rode roughshod over Sarah's anxiety with the Justin who was sensitive to young brides, couples learning Tantra and nervous teenagers to whom he taught sex education. For me it didn't compute. I remember I had the same problem with Tyler and his attitude to Marguerite. However I liked the conclusion, especially learning what Violet had done to earn her gift certificate.
