139. Trish Wylie ~ Marriage Lost and Found ~ HR #3882 (Feb 06)

Ever since I read Trish Wylie's The Firefighter's Chosen Bride, closely followed with Bride of the Emerald Isle, I've been searching for any of her books that I can find.  This is one of them and, while not my favourite of the books that I've read so far, it's still a wonderful story of love lost and found and falling in love all over again.  Trish Wylie is magic with romance and a definite favourite and autobuy author.  So glad that I'm part of the eHarlequin challenge ~ otherwise I'da missed her completely... and that would be sad indeed.

Definitely liked this one

I read it and I really liked this one.  My first Trish Wylie book was The Bridal Bet and since then she's been an auto-buy for me.

There's just something about their writing that really works... and oh my, I've been discovering a LOT of authors that work for me since last year's challenge.
  But I'm lovin' it.

About Trish Wylie....   I

About Trish Wylie....   I haven't read much from her, I mostly just read the Presents line.  I've read "At the Billionaire's Bidding" and I really loved that book (I rated it a 5/5 star book, which I only give to KEEPERS, though for me it wasn't an auto keeper because it had a prolonged separation and I'm iffy about separations... I don't label "sad separation" books keepers, because I like all my keepers to be happy reads)

I saw her next Presents book, "Her Bedroom Surrender" on the book shelves at the store.... and I flipped through it and read a passage and laughed and smiled to myself in the store... it really really looks good!

But I liked soooo many of the May Presents books this month...  I had to hold myself off from buying them all.  If I can get to the end of the month, resist until then, then my library will stock 6 of that month's Presents!  So I don't need to buy 'em all!  I have to say, I've already caved once this month and bought.  And I don't know how strong I'll be next time I walk by the shelves and see "Accidental Mistress" by Susan Napier (LOVE HER TO BITS) or "Her Bedroom Surrender" by Trish Wylie.

But for the most part I've given that up as a bad thing.  Right now, I'm holding off some, but I make lists of all the books that I want... and there's a UBS close by that has an incredible selection of harlequin titles and I've always got trader books.
And I'm an inveterate Keeper... to my husband's dismay.  But books are good for you ~ or so I'm trying to convince him!  Wink
