Gabe is a workaholic trying to improve profits without sacrificing quality in the hotel he manages. When his employer dies and Hadley Stone turns up representing the family corporation and tells him the bottom line is of primary importance, he tries to show her that cost-cutting won't mean long-term profits. When she has to make a split-second decision and choose Gabe or her father, will anyone be happy with the outcome?
I loved Gabe but could easily identify with Hadley's frustration at his unreasonable attitude. I'm not sure I'd have forgiven him as easily but he was yummy so I wouldn't have held out for long. I'd love to visit their hotel.
