#213 The Pursuit of Marriage - Victoria Alexander (Avon)

Cassandra Effington is feeling skittish because she's supposed to be the scandalous twin but she doesn't feel she's fulfilled that promise. She's been a dutiful debutante but there's no Lord Perfect in sight. Viscount Berkley is tired of being ignored so his friends manufacture a rakish reputation for him, but now he's set his sights on Cassandra (with his mother's help, although he doesn't know it) and they have a wager – she'll find him a Miss Wonderful while he finds her a Lord Perfect – though he's determined she'll refuse everyone except him. Then their respective choices get involved and things get complicated, will Reggie succeed in marrying the woman of his choice?
Once again things were swimming along and overcomplications put me off. I'm finding it very frustrating to want a historical fix and then find myself put off by the books themselves. Hopefully this is just a mood for me, and I'll snap out of it soon.

I don't have time to read

I don't have time to read right now. Or let me put it in a way you can understand: I'm not making the time to read right now because I'm working on the computer all day and my eyes are not as young as they used to be.  I'm hitting the hay earlier and earlier, some times as early as 8H30.Embarassed  I will send you the list when I'm ready to read again.
