LG's story is about Sonia who returns to Venice after a six month separation from her husband because her mother in law is ill and asking for her, but Francesco doesn't know she's eight months pregnant. Can he persuade her to give their marriage another chance? This one about a loner having to adjust to a large happy intrusive family was enjoyable. CM's story about two neighbours who find themself unexpectedly minding a baby for Christmas and sorting out their mutual misconceptions had some interfering angels, but they didn't set off the clangers too badly.
