Celia is blind but doesn't see why that should stop her leading a full life and after five months with Francesco she kicks him out because he keeps trying to wrap her in cotton wool. However she knows she's in love with him so she follows him to Naples and sets up her own businesses there so that if and when he eases up she'll be around. Francesco can't understand why Celia doesn't realise he's just worried about her health and well-being and when she kicks him out, it triggers reactions from the past that he has to deal with, then there's extra family problems that both help and hinder their romance. Will they manage to sort out their problems?
A good lesson in learning to compromise and also in the different perceptions of selfishness. Celia struck me as being excessively selfish, and I'm glad she realised towards the end how unreasonable she was being. Loved Francesco and how he became more reasonable.
