Forever Yours - Charlotte Featherstone - historical Spice, a Duke and
his Duchess have grown apart because of family and ducal obligations
until they decide to spice up their fantasy and sex life because they still love each
other. Not as hot as I might have expected
Gilt and Midnight - Megan Hart - a curse by a dark fairy condemns a
family to poverty until the daughter finds someone to completely fulfil
her desires. Well-written, it wasn't quite what I expected, enjoyable
Psychic Sex - Cathleen Ross - a personal trainer first person pov as
she tries to pick up clients and discovers an unexpectedly safe way to
have sex. This was too insubstantial for me, I couldn't identify with
the character, maybe some extra length would have made her more real -
it was only twenty pages)
Invite Me In - Delilah Devlin - A woman "eavesdrops" on lovers in a
nearby room, but he goes too far and scares her away, then he comes to
the door and insists she invite him in. They recognise each other's
natures, will it just be one night of glorious sex or could they
possibly have an unlikely future? I found this intriguing and it
grabbed me right through to the end.
This is What I want - Megan Hart - a story exploring online vs
real-life personas, fantasies and reality and what happens when one
person wants to move it into real life and the other doesn't. This left
me with an odd feeling that I haven't quite finished analyzing, not
sure whether overall I liked it or not, will have to think more about
it. I loved the fantasies, and the hot hunky hero)
I selected these because of the mentions in the blogs, but ended up
paying the full price which I still don't understand, and that's
holding me back from ordering more ebooks from Harlequin. I know these
are Briefs and Minis but there's too little information on the stories
in the store, I found some of them disappointing, and would probably
have bought different choices, if I'd had more of an idea what the
story was about.

Hi Sadhbh.
I just finished Forever Yours and quite liked it, I guess it was in part that Historicals may always be my first love and that I loved seeing the heat in a marraige rekindled.
I enjoyed Delilahs and Megan's Gilt and Midnight as well. and I've just started Anything You Want.
I haven't read Psychic Sex yet, or This is What I Want, but they are on the virtual bookshelf.
Add some SPICE to your life.
Hi Lorie
I ended up buying a few more so that the total would make the two
hundred pages, and find the Briefs and Minis a good way to try out an
author, there are some authors I definitely wouldn't get longer books
by, while others like Sarah's or Megan's just confirm that I like their
longer books
Hope you enjoy the others in your virtual bookshelf WHEN you get time to read them
Hugs
Sadhbh
