Tall, Dark...and Brooding...
Nurse Rita Barone noticed everything about moody cardiologist Dr. Matthew Grayson - his brown shoulders, his powerful hands, his eyes that saw right through her scrubs, his lips set in a scowl that seduced her into giving up her innocence. But she never noticed that he was the secret admirer who'd been sending her anonymous gifts.
The pragmatic Dr. Grayson felt a fool. A renowned surgeon with a crush on one of his young nurses? No matter how much he dreamed of touching her, kissing her, undressing her, Matthew knew that for the "Beast of Boston General," bedding a beauty like Rita was nothing but an elusive fantasy...or was it?

So, obviously, I didn’t read these in order.. Sadly, I don’t have the entire series, but the ones I have are good, so… I’m definitely enjoying reading. =D This, so far, is my favorite of the series. I adored this idea, it was a great story. It was so sweet the way Matthew was giving Rita the gifts, and the way he told her. I sighed, it was romantic in it’s own way. Poor guy was freaking out because she thought he was a stalker. However, I think that Matthew used ‘The Beast’ analogy just a little too much… still, I loved this book. =D
Happy reading,

I remember this one
I read this series the year it came out (and in order). I still think the first one in the series is my fav, even though I liked them all. Like you, I though the good doc used the 'beast' analogy a little too much. But the rest was good.

lOl, I guess I wasn't
lOl, I guess I wasn't reading Desires or something the year it came out, but now I'm kicking myself, because I only have like, five of them. =(
I've loved the two that I've read... I just have to get my hands on the rest of them, and then I'll read it in order... But in the meantime, I'll read the other three I have. =P
Happy reading,
