57. Christine Rimmer ~ Bravo Unwrapped [Bravo Family Ties]

I am deplorably behind on my reviews, so I will do my best to both catch up and to write complete reviews.
On the back of the book, a Signature Select new release, it says:
A New Chapter in the SAGA of the Characters You Love
and, yep, it is.  Man, that bad-boy, black-sheep Blake Bravo spread his "love" around!  With six different women that he "married" he had 14 children; all but two were boys.  Another excellent chapter in the Bravo saga:  Man, Blake may have been scum of the earth, but the women that he picked musta had some fantastic genes, 'cause the kids all turned out as decent people!  This is the seventh of one of Blake Bravo's offspring to have their story.

RATING:
Excellence:  Great to Very Good ~ 3.5 stars
Steaminess: Sensual

16th in the Bravo Family Ties saga

FROM the BACK:
As editor of Alpha, the ultimate men's magazine, B.J. Carlyle isout to prove to her father, the publisher, that she's got what it takes to become editor-in-chief ~ even if it means swallowing her pride and getting her ex, Buck Bravo, for December's cover story.
Landing the bestselling author, adventurer and man of the hour is a coup; the competition would kill to get the exclusive.  But Buck is insisting that B.J. spend the next two weeks with him in the Sierra Mountains and write the story herself.  B.J. agrees, but she's not going to tell Buck she suspects she's pregnant with his baby.
B.J.'s out to get her story.
She doesn't need Buck thinking she's out to get her man.

MY NOTES
I really liked Buck ~ the oldest of four boys ~ he was one of the wilder of Chastity's sons.  But time, and finding a niche for himself, helped him to mature.  Making sure that he got B.J. back to his hometown of New Bethlehem Flat, CA was probably one of his brightest ideas regarding their relationship.  B.J. tried, she really tried, to ignore the attraction that six years, heartbreak and a one-night stand reunion couldn't erase.  She was hooked on Buck big-time.  I especially liked that Buck didn't have a problem stating just how he felt; B.J. definitely took longer, but it all worked out very nicely indeed!
