And even though Alain originally called Rachel about Tris and the letter, finding his cousin and her mother coming to live with them was such a surprise. He’d already lost both of his parents, and the fear of losing Tris made him angry. While Rachel and Tris start out on a rocky road, they find themselves in love again- will Alain ever accept them enough for their lives to all be together?
