59. Forbidden Attraction by Marisa Carroll

Forbidden Attraction by Marisa Carroll

Harlequin NASCAR, Feb 2008

The NASCAR line is another of my favorites and I really enjoyed this one.  NASCAR is like any other competetive sport- grudges and rivalries are common, but it seems as if drivers and fans take it to a whole new level from other sports.

This is a great story that covers that theme- grudges held for years between two families.  Justin is young and enjoying the fame the status being a 'driver' brings- until Sophia bails him out of trouble one night at a bar. Sophia's not only caught his attention, but she's the one that makes him wonder about his life and what it would be like with her... only their families are hardly going to show any support if they start dating.  If anything they'll go out of their way to show them all the wrong reasons they should be together.

A well told story that shows sometimes, love can conquer all- even stubborn families!

"Don't be afraid; just believe." Luke 8:50

Hey, where have you been and what's going on?

Starting to worry about you . . .
