#77 Second-Time Lucky - Laurie Page (SSE #1770)

Jeff moves house for his foster children's sake but is wary of social workers because of their bad experience in the past. Single mom social worker Caileen is attracted to Jeff but reluctant because of her profession, but then Jeff shows her she's repeating her own mistakes with her teenage daughter. Could this be their second chance at love?
This one was good, but I didn't quite get Caileen, her reactions seemed a bit illogical and erratic at times

I DO like the stories about soldiers and ones about kids.
