Four years on, Kitt is trying to live with the guilt of giving up her child for adoption, when she meets Mark. She doesn't know he's a single dad, who paid his ex girlfriend to have the baby instead of an abortion and he's raising his daughter with his sister's help. Kitt tries to resist falling in love with him because she thinks he won't accept her choice. Can they trust themselves and each other enough to let the past go and face a loving future?
I didn't quite get her attitude but found it a nice romance. Didn't understand the whole locket thing in the conclusion, if somebody else did understand it, could they please explain?
