Newlyweds Mia and Quentin are in Central Park when from Mia's pov Quentin starts talking to thin air. Enter Amity who we last saw falling off scaffolding in a church in New Orleans. They understand she's dead and a Second Chance candidate but don't know what her assignment is. They bring her back to Hollywood and Mia prays for her to become visible to Beetle their screenwriter while Quentin prays that Amity and Randall their accountant get together. Will Amity be able to complete her assignment or will her time run out?
