Two novellas, one about a nine-year-old girl determined to find a father who decides her mother's summer fling from before her marriage should be perfect, so her mother sets off after her but gets there first and then mom + old flame have to drive half way across the country to retrieve the girl from where her money ran out. Amusing, predictable but nonetheless enjoyable. The second was about a teenage love spoiled by a jealous ambitious rival, given a second chance years later when both are single again. But will they let past hang-ups put a stop to future happiness? Fun, charming, heart-warming
