Just letting you know that my summer schedule will mean I won't have much time in here until about September, because I won't have "kidless" time as I have to drop them off at day camp and pick them up on my way home
We'll also be going to the inlaws for a week and they don't have either phone (that's okay I have a cellphone) or internet (slightly less happy with that one) and there are no local cybercafes
then of course next month I have to go visit my family, though I can always squat their computers
and of course I don't want to slow down on the reading, so I might HAVE to slow down on the blogging instead, because I do have that little four-digit goal to reach 
I know you're all going to be heart-broken in my absence 
but do the intelligent thing, stop 
and read a book instead, you'll barely notice I'm not here (btw Jayne and the techies, we REALLY REALLY need a reading smiley for this site 
)

Others might not notice you are gone but I will. I love your blogs that aren't reviews. They help to keep life interesting and make me think about things!
Since you already read more than the rest of us put together you will just make us look worse!! 
All that said, enjoy your summer, enjoy holidays and of course, enjoy reading. Please come blog & post reviews when you can. You will be missed, at least by me!!

Terri I can live without phone, my average phone usage would be
less than 10 seconds a day, however my average internet use makes the unlimited high-speed ADSL access worthwhile

Ah yes...
Summer, kids are out of school! Teachers are happy, moms maybe not so much at this point!! Life is different when the kids are not off to school 5 days a week, there is less time to do what you want while at the same time it is fun not to have the school schedule and enjoy more time with family.
I hope everyone is having a good summer enjoying the warmer weather and some family time.
