Athena Force: Charade

Designer and mob-daughter Sasha Bracciali is also an undercover agent for the FBI.  Her bra-cam gives the FBI the new face of her uncle, one of the most wanted mobsters out there.  Then two girls from the Athena Academy were kidnapped and only one was rescued; as an Athena alum, Sasha is asked to go to Kestonia, an Eastern European dictatorship to rescue Teal.  In her guise as a mob daughter, Sasha goes to Kestonia where only her wits will keep her alive long enough to rescue Teal.  Of course no story would be complete without Sasha's FBI handler and lover showing up and, without Sasha's newly disguised mob "uncle" there too.  How Sasha handles all these situations and comes out on top is for you to read.

 The story was OK; it was the first Athena Force book I've read.  At times I thought it was rather simplistic and Sasha naive.  On the whole though, the book had all the elements of suspense and I give it a B-.
