Lucy Karmon is not a by the book person, ie there are times to follow the rules and there are times not to follow the rules. She now has orders from Delphi to take her team of mercenaries and go to Africa to try and stop Arachne.
Nolan Taylor has hunted terrorists to the point they have put a price on his head. He has taken a job as head of security in Africa to dodge terrorists hunting for him.
These two are destined to meet in Africa.
This story has a lot of action in it. At the start of the book Lucy is very suspicious and thinks Nolan works for Arachne.
