So for the last 3 weeks I have been painting and super cleaning this place. And I think now all the rooms are painted, my three bookshelves are back up, all books are back on them, all furnature back in place (sort of). I have a new couch coming Thursday. My sister bought it, said it was early birthday present(real early, birthday isn't til November) Now it's mostly little things like organizing linen closet (why am I keeping sheets that don't fit any beds in the house) and a few other cabinets and things. But at least now I can sit for 3-4 hours and catch up on blogs and my reading. I miss my reading. I used to read 5 or 6 chapters before sleep. Lately I've been so exhausted that I can barely get through one.(NFM)

Glad life will be getting back to normal for you. Nice your place is all freshly painted, I need to do that here....but am a bit intimidated by the project, so will likely put it off until next year.

How wonderful to have all that done. Now you can just sit back, read, relax & enjoy. Hope you love your couch. I would love to throw out most of my furniture & start all over but that is highly unlikely short of winning the LOTTO here in California! Probably need to buy tickets in hopes of winning!!!
I just dropped by to see what you are reading & how you are. I'm still catching up after not having a computer for so long. It is so nice to have it back up & running! We sure have come to depend on them. I really missed all my friends here.

The couch
looks great and I bet it would look even better with the old one gone(and not in the middle of the living room) but the person with the truck and the people moving it aren't cordinating. If I lived in a house I can get it taken to curb but because I live in an apartment I have to figure out another way of getting rid of it.
