I writing from the brand new "green" public library. I stepped out
from the cinema into blazing hot 107F temperature. I got into my
car and got the a/c going full blast until the car cooled down inside.
I drove to the library to use their state of the art computer. Now I
feel like I'm in the refrigerator. Ice cream certainly won't melt in
here. I have to run back into the heat since my timed session
of one hour is almost done. I'm down to about 8 minutes.
Anyway, it shows how humans are never quite satisfied with the
way things are for a moment. Things always have to be tweaked
to be 'just right' . THen,we find out that once things are 'just right'
where we are,then we realize that we may not be in the right
place. I need to get home and have dinner,prepare my things to
take with me for tonight and tomorrow.Then, I'll take a short nap
and prepare for the long day tomorrow. I wish I had this marvelous
type of computer with this very fast type of connection and
printer. That would tweak things just right for me........for now.

changing temps
I find myself catching more colds in the summer becuse my body keeps changing temps. Even though it is warm out I don't know if I want to go out in shorts.

Today-is-Saturday.All-week-its-been-miserable.
Yesterday-it-was-supposed-to-have-been-111F.
I-had-on-sun-screen-and-a-hat.I-had-to-see
patients-and-do-my-errands-since-it-was-payday.
Anyway,the-sun-was-still-bright-after-7pm.
California-is-known-for-its-"smog".THe-layer
of-smoke-from-car-exhausts,factories,etc
obscure-the-mountains.People-with-breathing
problems-suffer-more-on-these-hot-days.
Now-that-I'm-home-for-a-few-hours,I'm-getting
ready-for-another-job.fortunately,I'll-be-working
indoors.I've-got-my-a/c-running-until-I-leave
for-work.My-curtains-and-blinds-are-closed.
