Serena, daughter of a rock star, meets Jake, slum boy made good, when she splashes and soaks him one rainy night. She doesn't realize it but she has just met her blind-date for the night. Because he got soaked he phones the restaurant and cancelles the date saying he will pay for her meal. They meet again for lunch the next day. How they eventualy resolve all their issues makes for a very interesting read. This was Fiona Harper's first book for Silhouette Romance. She now writes for Harlequin Romance and I will be looking for her books.
