I was lucky enough to find an advance copy of this while I was snooping around in the secret galley room and I finally got a chance to sit down and finish it off yesterday after supper! I think other than the first book The Turning, this was my absolute favorite in the series, but like Angela, I don't think you could read this book without having previously read books 1, 2 and 3.
There were some scenes that the average reader MIGHT not be ready for, but the action sequences were rivetting and the ending was everything that I'd been hoping for, I'm still wondering if we're going to have a spin off werewolf series with Max and Bella.... When *Carrie* comes to visit with us in June, I can tell you I have a TON of questions for her and her creator, Jennifer Armintrout.
