Caitlin's Cowboy by Barbara McMahon HS #1472

What is it about the past that continually causes a black cloud to loom over our present?  Caitlin inherited the family ranch that she had only seen one time.  With the responsibility of caring for her deaf sixteen-year-old brother, trying to figure out what to do with her own life after a bad marriage, and being completely broke, a huge ran-down ranch in Wyoming is the last thing she needs.  With her history she especially didn't need the complicated cowboy Zack Carson--or did she?

I am a sucker for a man in boots and a Stetson sitting on a horse!  The title alone drove me to order this book.  I was not disappointed!  This book was way more than a "romance".  It was a platform for the American Disabilities Act, a platform for supporting our country's veterans, and a place where all could identify with a sense of personal failure.

I did not see the twist at the end of the book coming.  The end use for the ranch is awesome beyond belief!

I liked this book too.

I liked this book too. Wasn't one of my favorites but enjoyable enough. I also liked the end use of the ranch. WOW.
