Catlin has inherited a ranch in Wyoming. She and her 16 year old brother, Brandon, arrive to see about selling the place. Zack worked for her Uncle for the past two years and is taking care of the place until Catlin arrives. That is his plan. Catlin asked him to stay until it sells. Brandon falls in love with the place and eventually Catlin can see they might have to be here for a while. She wants Zach to stay.
