1. Charade by Kate Donovan
This is the third book in the Athena Force series. A student at the acclaimed Athena Acadamy has been kidnapped by the ruler of Kestonia, who wants to use her for her genetic gifts.
The only person that has a chance of saving Teal is mafia princess, turned snitch, Sasha Bracciali. But does an inexperienced, Sasha have what it takes to rescue a scared teenager from a dangerous country and dictator? And as if matters couldn't get worse, Sasha can't tell her FBI boyfriend about her mission. Instead she leads him to believe that she is in bed with the mob. With no help and nobody to trust Sasha must indeed pull off the most dangerous charade ever.

I didn't expect to like this one..
But I really enjoyed it! Not wild over the whole mafia princess thing but Kate Donovan really did such an excellent job I completely forgot I don't like that theme!

Mafia Princess
I think this is the first book that I ever read with a mafia princess theme. I can see how it would be difficult to write. These books make me miss my Bombshells.
