This is a ebook which was released by Forbidden Publications. My take on the book is as follows:
Lucky Ice Cream, a family business, is headed up by CEO Nashville (Nash) O'Leary. Nash is a regular playboy, but with the business falling apart, his father gives Nash an ultimatum that if the sales don't increase and Nash does not give him an grandchild the business will be sold. He has however, hired someone to help Nash out to bring the business back up to speed. Nash cannot believe his father would pull such a stunt.
Clover Callaghan is the daughter of Nash's father's best friend and has been hired to turn the business around. Clover is only doing this as a favour, because her heart is not in the business world, although she has all the credentials, but lies with the beach, sun and surfing. And staying single!
When Clover crashes into Nash's world he is unimpressed with her less than adequate office attire, but that does not stop him from wanting her in the worst way. He would rather see her not helping with the family business, but instead views her as a candidate to have his baby. The heat index of these two is right off the scale and sparks fly from the very beginning. Mix in two meddling fathers who want Nash and Clover to get together and you have a humorous, hot read.
The question is will the Company be saved. Can Nash get Clover to have his baby, or does he realize that he wants it all, the Company and Clover at all costs. Will Clover finally see the merits of a relationship over single life? Oh and how do the meddling father's fit into all of this?
This is a fast paced hot read that has you laughing out loud one minute and fanning yourself the next, and pulling for all sides. I enjoyed the read.
