CITY OF ASHES by Cassandra Clare

The second in the Mortal Instruments series. A number of the characters had some unexpected things happen to them, and I loved seeing Clary’s powers come into focus a bit more. One major plot point is still left unresolved, but I have some more hope that it might work out the way that I want it to! :) (MTH)
